Acrylic polymer-modified, light gray, very high-yielding, calcium aluminate cement based, dust-reduced thinset/medium-bed (flow-bed) and leveling mortar with high early strength and reliable curing even at lower temperatures. For application thicknesses up to 20 mm ¾” in interior, exterior and submerged areas. According to DIN EN 12004 C2 FTE-S1. ANSI A118.15 LHTpending.

Servoflex 5 royal is particularly suitable for installation of large-format coverings (not suitable for thin gauged porcelain slabs), fine stoneware and corresponding natural stone coverings on conditionally deformable substrates such as heated screeds, screeds based on cement and calcium sulfate, mastic asphalt screeds, in-situ concrete (at least 3 months old) and others. By increasing the water ratio to approx. 5.88 liters per 12.5 kg / 1.55 US gal. per 27.5 lbs., a very supple mortar consistency is present, which eliminates the need to back-butter tile in many instances and provides full mortar transfer (a 100% leveled substate is required). This applies to interior areas. When installing particularly large-format flooring material, the combined process (back-buttering) may be required for optimum mortar transfer (lift tile to see the coverage before commencing installation on a larger scale). Due to the special aluminate cement binder base, no efflorescence is possible when using Servoflex 5 royal, particularly useful in outdoor areas. In addition, there is an increased resistance to acids and temperature resistance compared to Portland cement-bound products.

Servoflex 5 royal is classified according to GEV EMICODE EC1 Plus.

Meets the guidelines for flexible mortars.
